Still at work

Although a health issue prevented me from teaching at the Mekane Yesus Seminary this fall, I have still been at work on the project. The hermeneutics class, for instance, has forty-one supplemental readings in addition to the textbook. I have now worked through all the readings creating an abstract and study guide for each, along with cleaning up the .pdf files (splitting documents with two pages per sheet, tidying margins, and getting new copies without annotations for some).

The next step is to add these materials to the course website.

The Greek course is temporarily on hold awaiting possible curricular revision.

As the seminary will recruit its next class of PhD students for the fall of 2026, I am praying that my health will improve so that I can accomplish my dream of teaching for a semester at MYS in the fall of 2026.
